At Fragrance Outlet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your scent, you may return unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the unused fragrance in its original designer box and secure it within a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
